What if my order is lost or damaged during transit?

At checkout, we offer shipping protection for all local and international orders to provide peace of mind. Suppose shipping protection was not purchased if your order is lost in transit or any items arrive damaged. In that case, Liquid LEDs will not be responsible for the loss or damage incurred during transit.
