Will you refund my shipping costs?

Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable. In case you have ordered items under a "Free Shipping" or "Express Shipping" promotion, you will be charged $10 if the order value is below $50, $12 for orders above $50, and $15 for orders above $145, $20 for orders above $200, $30 for orders over $500 and $50 for orders over $1000. However, keep in mind that bulky items may incur higher shipping charges.
