To help us process your warranty claim as quickly as possible, please follow these steps:
- Locate your Order Number. You can find this in your order confirmation email or by logging in to your account and visiting Order History.
- Gather photos or a short video. • Take clear shots or a brief clip showing the affected bulbs installed in their fitting—make sure the issue (e.g. flickering, discolouration, broken LEDs) is visible.
- Write a brief explanation. • Describe what’s wrong: how long the bulbs were in use, what problem you’re seeing, and any troubleshooting you’ve already tried.
- Submit your claim
• Go to our Warranty Claim form at https://liquid-leds.com/pages/warranty-claim (or email help@liquid-leds.com).
• In the form/email, include:
- Your Order Number
- Your Photos or Video attachments
- Your Brief Explanation of the issue
- What happens next? We’ll review your submission within two business days and contact you with the next steps—either to send replacement bulbs or arrange a return.
