How do I submit a warranty claim?

To help us process your warranty claim as quickly as possible, please follow these steps:

  1. Locate your Order Number. You can find this in your order confirmation email or by logging in to your account and visiting Order History.
  2. Gather photos or a short video. • Take clear shots or a brief clip showing the affected bulbs installed in their fitting—make sure the issue (e.g. flickering, discolouration, broken LEDs) is visible.
  3. Write a brief explanation. • Describe what’s wrong: how long the bulbs were in use, what problem you’re seeing, and any troubleshooting you’ve already tried.
  4. Submit your claim • Go to our Warranty Claim form at https://liquid-leds.com/pages/warranty-claim (or email help@liquid-leds.com). • In the form/email, include:
    • Your Order Number
    • Your Photos or Video attachments
    • Your Brief Explanation of the issue
  5. What happens next? We’ll review your submission within two business days and contact you with the next steps—either to send replacement bulbs or arrange a return.
